FARÉ - Staple Fiber Extrusion Lines

All of the lines shown below are one step, "compact", fiber extrusion systems. They are commercial scale plants with capacities from hundreds to thousands of pounds per hour.

Please select the link that best suits your needs, based on the following descriptions:

SuperStaple I - Polypropylene Staple Fiber Extrusion. This is the system that started it all! If you have an existing FARE line and want to keep spare parts differences to a minimum, this may be the line for you.

SuperStaple II - Polypropylene, Polyester, or Nylon Staple Fiber Extrusion. For fiber quality and product flexibility in a homopolymer the SuperStaple II is unsurpassed.
New advances include the ability to extrude fiber direct from bottle flakes, while eliminating the costly drying aspects normally associated with PET extrusion.

SuperStaple III - Sheath/Core Bicomponent Staple Fiber Extrusion. Bicomponent fibers are often used in nonwoven applications for bondability and strength. Combine our bicomponent technology with our short cut capabilities and you have a winning combination for the airlaid nonwovens market.
Are you looking for a competitive advantage? Maybe bicomponent fibers can give you a cost advantage while retaining the characteristics required. Low cost or recycled polymers can be used in the core, which comprises a majority of the fiber, and the sheath can contain the higher cost virgin polymers.
 The possibilities are virtually unlimited!

SuperStaple IV - Heavy Denier Staple Fiber Extrusion (up to 500 Denier per Filament). This one is self explanatory. Do you need heavy denier staple for nonwoven scrubbing or polishing applications? The SuperStaple IV is the simple to operate solution that will let you vertically integrate and add something more to your bottom line.
Another use for heavy denier staple can be for a touch of added texture in needlepunch flooring.
